Salad Bar Beef is much leaner than conventionally raise grain finished beef. We recommend thawing and bringing your steak to room temperature. Then braising your steak 1-3 minutes each side and then lietting rest wrapped in tin foil for about 10 minutes. This will produce a tender, juicy, medium rare steak.
